Registration Fee is 250 EUR for the Workshop of Doppler Echocardiography ( include the participation to the theoretical and practical sessions, coffee breaks, the presentations on CD-ROM of the WORKSHOP)

 

 

 

The last day of registration is 25th june 2010 for the WORKSHOP DOPPLER ECHOCARDIOGRAPHY and WORKSHOP DOPPLER ABDOMEN ( please fill in the both REGISTRATION FORMS from the attachment and send to plantos@xnet.ro ).

 

 

 

The registration fee will be pay between 28th june-2th july 2010 ( informations on request by the participants ). The registration fee after the 2th july it is 300 EUR.

 

 

 

Written cancellations received between 2th-16th july will be entitled to a full refund minus 30% plus bank charges. Delegates who will not attend the

 

workshop will be cancelled by default and will not be eligible to receive any refund.

 

The participants will receive a Certificate of Attendance sign by the professor of the WORKSHOP and a president of an Romanian Veterinary Organization

 

 

 

We accept not more than 25 participants at the workshop, " first come it is first serve " , will be the rule .

 

 

 

Accommodation : All the participants will be accommodated in the HOTEL PARLIAMENT 4 * ( www.parliament-hotel.ro)

 

 

 

the price for a single room is 55 EUR ( breakfast and VAT included )

 

the price for a double room is 60 EUR ( breakfast and VAT included )

 

 

 

The theoretical session will be held in the conference room of the hotel Parliament ( see this on the www.parliament-hotel.ro )

 

 

 

The practical session, hands-on on Mylab 30 VET Gold and Mylab Five Vet, will be held in a private vet clinic from Bucarest .

 

 

 

The presentations will be in English Language .
